Anger over rubbish collection

A Capel Iwan man has hit out at the county council after his rubbish was collected only twice in ten weeks.

The RSPCA Ceredigion branch is looking for homes for several neutered cats: Lola, a pretty tortie aged about seven months; Donovan, black and white, aged about five years; Sheba, a one-year-old grey and white, which needs to be homed as a solo cat; Titch, a friendly black and white female aged about 10 years; and Saffy, a shy long-haired black and white female aged about four years.
