TWO people have been in court over charges for driving without insurance.
Arwen Bell, 41, of Bethania, Llanon, admitted allowing someone to drive a vehicle without insurance at Llanelli Magistrates Court on November 18.
She admitted allowing Romie Cowan to use a Mazda 2 on Boulevard St Brieuq, Aberystwyth, when there was no insurance to cover this use of the vehicle.
She was fined £120, given six points on her licence and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
Romie Cowan, 21, of Newfoundland Circus, Bristol, admitted driving without insurance at Llanelli Magistrates Court on the same day for the above offence.
