A MAN has been banned from driving for not providing a specimen.
Alexander Eberhard, 32, of James Close, Llanon, was banned from driving by Llanelli Magistrates Court on November 23.
He denied a charge of failing to provide a specimen for analysis and was found guilty by the court on November 10.
The charge related to September 2 at Aberystwyth when he was suspected of having driven a vehicle and required to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test but didn’t.
He was banned from driving for 52 months and made subject of a community order. He has to carry out a rehabilitation activity requirement and do 150 hours unpaid work.
He also had to pay £114 surcharge and £620 costs.
