A MAN has been banned from driving for failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
Jake Johnson, 30, of Pentre Hedyn, Adpar, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Aberystwyth Magistrates Court on November 30.
He committed the offence on November 14 in Newcastle Emlyn when he failed to provide a blood sample for laboratory analysis.
He was banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. He also had to pay £115 surcharge and £85 costs.
