TWO drivers were caught driving without a seatbelt earlier this year and recently appeared in court.
James Thomas Nock, 37, of Alltyblaca, Llanybydder, was found guilty of driving without wearing a seatbelt at Llanelli Magistrates Court on January 10.
He was caught on June 18 driving a Mini Cooper on the A475 Pontfaen Road, Lampeter without wearing a seatbelt.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £88 surcharge and £90 costs.

Huw James Vaughan, 27, of Dewi Road, Tregaron, was found guilty of driving without wearing a seatbelt by Llanelli Magistrates Court on January 10.
He was caught on June 18 driving an Audi A6 on the B4353 Borth without wearing a seatbelt.
