CONCERNS have been raised about whether a man accused of arranging the commission of a child sex offence is fit to stand trial.
Dafydd Evans, 28, of Llanllwni, appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with three offences.
Evans was accused of three charges of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence.

He was alleged to have committed the offences in Carmarthenshire between February 23 and 29.
Judge Paul Thomas KC said that the offences related to police decoy accounts.
Ian Ibrahim, defending, said there were concerns about Evans’ fitness to plead and that a psychiatric report was needed.
Evans was remanded in to custody, and will return to court for a bail hearing on Thursday.
